Our Little Haven residential and nursing care home celebrated St Patrick’s Day in true Irish style today with an Irish themed lunch. Serving up sumptuous Irish Stew, colcannon (a traditional Irish dish consisting mainly of mashed potatoes with kale or cabbage!), Irish rarebit, Irish pie followed by bread and butter pudding. All washed down with a little tot of Baileys and accompanied by a selection of traditional Irish music to get everyone’s feet tapping! Happy St Patrick’s Day to you all.
