Congratulations Michelle

Congratulations from us all at the Wilverley Association to Michelle Ince, Catering Assistant at Little Haven. Our catering supplier Connect have named her their first Employee of the Month! “Connect are delighted to announce the first winner of ‘Connect Employee Of The Month’: Michelle Ince, Catering Assistant – Little Haven! Michelle fought off stiff competition to win this award due to her commitment and level of service she offers to the residents at Little Haven. Nominated by her Chef Manager, Danny Pulford, Michelle has really stepped up to the mark and showed her dedication:

1. Michelle is a team member who will always try and help covering shifts at very short notice (even if it means long hours)
2. Taking the time and caring about customer such as their likes and dislikes
3. Liaising with the customers

Michelle’s commitment over the last couple of months has ensured that the service and level of care is at a standard to be proud of.  The team would had found this difficult without her unwavering support. Michelle even popped out and bought ice lollies for the residents to help them to cool down in the garden! Congratulations from everyone at Connect!”
