Residents at Forest Oaks enjoyed an outing on the Alison MacGregor boat with Solent Dolphin. They had a leisurely cruise up the Itchen River with a chance to see some of the enormous cargo ships loading hundreds of Range Rovers. They also admired some of the wonderful yachts up at Ocean Village. Everyone enjoyed the sunshine and sea air!
The Alison Macgregor is an accessible boat owned by the Solent Dolphin charity used for the sole purpose of taking people with disabilities out for free trips to sea on Southampton Water. Thanks to them we are able to offer these wonderful boat outings to our residents at both Forest Oaks and Little Haven.
